The Hobbit. Unreleased Set Photos is a screamer video uploaded by user VaultOfFear on November 9, 2016.
The video shows a green screen that fades into black and then back to normal every second throughout the entire video. This continues for about 46 seconds, until a GIF of the titular character (also known as Pennywise the Dancing Clown), as it kills Georgie from the 1990 miniseries It appears, accompanied by an extremely loud scream. This is the same thing used as a screamer in all VaultOfFear's videos.
