Make Yourself Sleep in 40 Seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on March 27th, 2011 made by TrickTrolled.  

It shows a black and white hypnosis spiral. After 30 seconds of the video have passed, a scary troll mask pops up along with a echoing scream. It has gotten over 7 million views as of 2017.
