Boo the little tiger with a twist is a screamer video uploaded by April Fowler Dewey on Nov 11, 2016.

 It starts with the regular Tiger Boo Song. however, after 15 seconds, the flurry of screamer faces from SCP-450 pops up accompanied with loud screams.
