Runescape Zezima's Account is a screamer video that was originally uploaded to YouTube by MaDe4TraileR on March 31, 2008.
This video primarily revolves around the login screen of Old School Runescape. In the footage, the player enters the username "Zezima" and proceeds to input the password, which remains concealed through the use of asterisks. However, the video takes an unexpected turn after the player clicks the login button.
Suddenly, the scene transitions to the appearance of the zombie character from the K-fee commercial, unleashing a startling scream. This is accompanied by the well-known K-fee slogan in German: "So wach warst du noch nie" ("you have never been so awake").
