100 TWINKIES in 10 MIN CHALLENGE! is a challenge video and it's contained a screamer, it was uploaded by popular YouTuber theDOMINICshow in July 18, 2015.
The video is about a challenge where five people have to eat 100 Twinkies in 10 minutes while answering questions. Shortly after, Fousey was asked to prank the others. At 3:26, a picture of Pennywise from the 1990 miniseries IT zooms in along with the same scream from The Maze. Afterward, the video then continues normally.
