Ghost in the tv is a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas screamer video uploaded to YouTube made by snow734 on July 3, 2008.
The video begins with CJ, the game's main character, crouching in his building. The video maker continues writing that he was filming because he was testing a program in a text that states: "this is the tv in CJ's house." He then instructs the viewer to look through the TV screen to see a ghost-like face.
