Creatures Pre-Roll is a anti-smoking ad made by The Real Cost on July 15, 2015.
The ad starts with a dark setting, and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large monstrous red spider-like creature gets out from the box of cigarettes, screaming and repeatedly hitting the screen. The creature goes away, and some text appears saying: "If cigarettes looked as dangerous as they are, you'd #runlikehell".
