Origami Fortune Teller was a flash screamer released in early 2003. Created by Liquid Generation, the game was part of a series of Sabotage screamer animations they produced during this time.
The game starts with an origami paper on a school desk, complete with a pencil and the names "John + Annie" written on it. When the player clicks on the "play" button, they are prompted to select a number from 3 to 6, followed by a color from a list that includes red, orange, green, and purple.
