hai2u is a shock site based on a movie called Universal Max 3, directed by Max Hardcore, which is also the man on the video. The woman's name is Catalina, a Mexican porn actress.
When visiting this page, there is a box saying "Adults Only 18+. Click Here to View". When the box is clicked, an image of a woman vomiting while performing fellatio on man sitting in a lawn chair is displayed. At the bottom of the page, some text explains the website and its meaning.
