Er-mta.net/fnaf/scream was a subpage created by Russian user, Gallardo994 (Igor Boyko) and posted on the Empire of Riders forum in 2014.[1]

The subpage displayed an animated re-creation of Freddy Fazbear's power-out jumpscare from Five Nights at Freddy's. The jumpscare itself appears to be coded with a simple coding language called "HTML5", which makes the animation loop over and over again. As of January 18th, 2017, the subpage is now deleted due to the empire of riders forum making a brand new and improved forum.[2]
