The camera focuses on the cigar, which has the part of it sagging, threatening to fall off. The particular Fire Kills PSA from the UK, circa 2008 the PSA and it's contained a screamer.
The ad is a shot home video style. It depicts a sleeping man with a cigar in-between his fingers. He's on a couch and was watching television. The camera focuses on the cigar, which has the part of it sagging, threatening to fall off. Just as it does, the video cuts to a flaming skull zooming into the screen with the same scream used one from Winterrowd games and The Maze.
Before fading to the final message: "Fires started by cigarettes kill someone every four days. Put it Out, Right out." the logo shown at the end of an every advert.
