El mejor SCREAMER de YouTube (Spanish for THE best SCREAMER on YouTube) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Maignofe on December 21st, 2014, the creator himself also made El Rubí Maldito.
The video starts with a logo that reads "MANUKEEPER." After 2 seconds, The video cuts to a clip of a pitch-dark hallway, followed by a static sound effect as well as the Jaws Theme plays in the background, After around 17 seconds, at which point an ugly man with terrible dentures appears along with Reggae-style music playing,
However, the actual screamer part interrupts the video abruptly, which is the same SCP-450 screamer part, this goes on for 10 seconds, until it stays on the black screen to end the video.
