Fred.jpg is a screamer located on akk.li, where the famous Anne.jpg was located on, the website is currently defunct.
When accessing the site, the user is greeted by a flash animation, which first shows the bitch please meme, along with a spanish text which is clearly being typed at the upper side of the page, translated to Once upon a time a man was so ugly that, the last word in the sentence, was interrupted by a horrific zombie picture along with the same scream from What's Wrong?, which implies the picture of a Zombie was very ugly, the animation repeats, continues the animation afterward, As of 2017, the site was closed, along with the infamous Akk.li site.
