Blue.gif is an unpopular GIF screamer that has been circulating around the Internet since at least 2006. The concept of this is very similar to Jeremy Winterrowd's What's Wrong.
This screamer makes the viewer(s) stare at a picture of a messy room and try to find the error. However, after about 10 seconds, a ghost girl pops up quickly.
