Make Yourself Sleep in 40 Seconds is a screamer video uploaded by the YouTube user TrickTrolled. It first shows a black and white hypnosis spiral. After 30 seconds of the video have passed, a scary troll mask pops up with a scream. It has gotten over 7 million views as of 2017.
