The Ultimate Showdown 2 is a screamer flash game, and is an April Fool's joke made by Albino Blacksheep.
It initially loads a flash like in the original version, instead of starting automatically, it allows you to click the "play" button. By doing this you'll firstly hear a remix version of a sound, then after hearing "Old God..." it quickly changes to a woman in gray along with a loud scream. Then a screen appears saying that it was a April Fool's joke.
