Toy story secrets is one of the first screamers on YouTube. It was made by a user named nuralider.
It begins with text reading "subliminal messages in toy story" then the video begins as a slideshow of random Toy Story pictures while "You've Got a Friend in Me" by Randy Newman plays in the background. Then, a scary clown mask suddenly shows up and screams. This uses the same scream used in the screamer Say It.
