Topkek.co was a screamer website. It showed a flashing image of Jeff the Killer along with a very loud scream. Some people say it also drive-by downloaded extremely malicious malware. The website is now closed. There is nearly nothing known about this website except for that it was often spammed on 4chan's /b/ board.
