Finde die 3 Unterschiede is a german flash screamer game. The name translates to "Spot the 3 differences".
When you start the game, it shows two pictures showing a ship. In the right picture, there are 3 differences hidden. When you click on the first one and then wait some seconds, the screamer part showing a picture of blood, with a loud laughing and screaming sound playing in the background will be triggered.
