El mejor SCREAMER de YouTube (Spanish for THE best SCREAMER on YouTube) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Maignofe on December 21, 2014, the creator himself also made El Rubí Maldito.
The video starts with a logo that reads "MANUKEEPER."
The video cuts to a shot of a pitch-dark hallway after 2 seconds, accompanied by a static sound effect and the Jaws Theme playing in the background. After about 17 seconds, when an ugly man with bad dentures appears and Reggae-style music begins to play, However, the actual screamer part, which is the same SCP-450 screamer part suddenly interrupts the video; before having to stay on the black screen to end the video.
