Ghost Footage is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user VenerableDread on November 5th, 2006.
The video starts off with some text prompting the viewer to find something wrong with a low-quality image of a graveyard, and then displays the image. 13 seconds into the video, a red-filtered picture of Pennywise from the IT franchise appears along with a loud scream. The final segment of the video displays a text stating that "You should have [[realized]] that it wasn't actually ghost footage, you twit". The text fades away and the video ends.
