amigos tontos (idiot friends) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by "panterAzull" on October 26, 2009. The video has almost 2.5 million views.
The video shows a montage of images depicting SpongeBob and Patrick with a Spanish-dubbed version of the entire song called Idiot Friends (from SpongeBob episode Pest of the West) playing (hence the name), only to be interrupted by a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist along with a high-pitched, loud scream.
