PlayStation 1 Personified Fear (Black Screen of Death) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by EnterVids on January 17th, 2013.
The entirety of the video is the PS1 startup screen with the Personified Fear error. At the 15 second mark, the screen fades to black, and Personified Fear, the startling sound, is heard. 5 seconds later, a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears with the same scream sound effect used in The Maze.
