Harlequin Fetus is a shock image which shows a baby with a rare skin disease with massive scales on the body which is reddish in color. The baby also has completely red eyes that are possibly pools of blood. Due to the shocking nature of the fetus, images of these are often used as bait and switch shock videos, in the similar style of Goatse and Lemon Party.
