On the Asylum map, survivors are tasked to find the keys to escapes. After obtain all 6 keys from the first steps, one survivor has to enter a room containing a small chest at the center, surrounded by skeletons. When the chest is clicked, a key appears and unlocks the chests. A few seconds later, the face of Project 0011-Nightfall appears on screen accompanied by an extremely loud scream, the image then fades away. As a result, survivor became vulnerable to killer and is knocked out shortly afterward.
The video starts similarly to others Triple S games's chess variants video, but when he says his usual "The rules are the same as regular chess" phrase, he suddenly screams at viewers before finishing the sentence, he then pauses for a moment, and grins at the camera. The video ends after that moment.
