This page is about a screamer/shock site that is partially lost. |
Lime Rave was a shock site created and hosted by an unknown maker using the FreeWebs platform in 2005, the image itself has been allegedly been hosted on several different websites although these specific websites are currently unknown and have not been identified.
The site supposedly displayed a picture of a man with an enlarged penis, and a script that shook the browser window upon entering the site, perhaps in an attempt to startle unsuspecting users.
The original image was hosted on a Freewebs page which was registered by an unidentified creator which was launched at some stage in 2005, the webpage remained active for approximately a year before it was taken down by FreeWebs due to pornographic content violations in mid-late 2006. Due to the Wayback Machine only archiving the basic HTML of the website, the image has not been archived and is currently considered lost to time, it is unknown if there are any active mirrors of the website or webpages where the image can be located.
