The Scariest Screamer Ever is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Saigonochakra on December 31st, 2008.
First, the creator asks the user to prepare themselves for the "scariest" scream ever. After 10 seconds, the player receives a countdown. When it finishes, a picture of James Root from Slipknot appears with one of his masks with a loud scream. It's the same image used in Stickman Screamer.
