Stare at the dot is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by CruciatusVXS on August 24th, 2009
The video is designed to trick viewers into staring at a point on the screen for a short period. After the text disappears, a black dot appears on a white background. Approximately 11 seconds into the video, the dot begins to pixelate and zoom. Once the dot fades, a startling image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist suddenly appears, accompanied by the same scream heard in The Maze. The video has since been set to private due to numerous reports of its content.
