Pieronka 19 - Reklama Biedronki [Parodia] is a Polish screamer uploaded to YouTube on February 22nd, 2015, by channel KieubasaTV, which is known mostly for voice parodies of Pat & Mat, a stop-motion animated series.
The video depicts one of the episodes of the Pieronka series, a parody of the Polish supermarket chain "Biedronka's offerings". One of the gags is the edited face on the supermarket's logo, which instead shows the Cheshire Smile/Glimpse entity from the SCP-087-B game. This can be seen on the thumbnail of the video.
