Suicide Mouse is a game based on the creepypasta of the same name, originally released on 2shared.com. All you have to do with this game is to play as Mickey Mouse and walk around (like in the creepypasta). However, it contains a completely original turn despite being an adaptation. It also features a series of creepypasta-themed screamer images. The images include:
- Smile Dog.
- A crude, bloodied Mickey Mouse face (which is popularized as one of the images for suicidemouse.avi).
- Sonic.exe.
- Squidward’s Suicide.
- Noseybonk.
- Slender Man.
- Jeff the Killer.
- Pinkie Pie smiling with black eyes and white pupils from Luna Game.
- Another Squidward's Suicide image, albeit with red eyes.
- Dead Bart (which is actually a screencap of Homer Simpson's melted face from The Simpsons season 4 episode Brother From the Same Planet).
- Tails Doll.
