The video begins with Russian text saying:

- Смотрите на свой страх и риск! (Watch at your own risk!)
- Говорят что если загадать желание, смотря в этот тоннель, то оно скоро сбудется! (They say that if you make a wish while looking into this tunnel, it will soon come true!)
- Загадайте реальное и смотрите внимательно в этот тоннель (Make a real wish and look carefully into this tunnel)
After that, an image of a railway tunnel is displayed until at the 40 second mark, a montage of images appears with a scream. The images include:
- A monochromatic image of an elderly person with red eyes.
- A zombie.
- A blood-stained child.
- A passport.
- A ghost from 4stor.ru.
- A child with blood on their mouth.
- A close-up of an eye.
