Penisfish is a shock image made by a unknown creator in 2004 that was published onto Rotten.com in 2007, but later taken down. The image depicts a man fellating a fish, with a naked woman in the background attempting to have intercourse with an eel. The original source of the image or where it came from is unknown. The image is also uncannily similar to an animation called “smellit.swf” featured on Discharges.org, though the relation (if any) is unknown.
