Creatures Pre-Roll is an anti-smoking ad made by The Real Cost on July 15th, 2015.
The ad starts with a dark setting and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large monstrous red spider-like creature jumps out from the box of cigarettes, roaring and repeatedly hitting the screen. Some text appears: "If cigarettes looked as dangerous as they are, you'd #runlikehell". The monster is still roaring and bashing at the camera in the background. The commercial was used for the Toonami event intermission, The Intruder II, which is sponsored by The Real Cost.
