1 Man 2 Needles is a shock video released in 2009, which depicts a man (named Mark) inserting needles in his testicles. He first unbuttons his jeans to reveal his oversized penis, which he states to have injected with silicone for six years.
There is also a GIF version showing a man inserting two needles into his testicles and pulling them out, with one of them causing the blood to spur out. It originates from the installment of the BME Pain Olympics titled BMEvideo Trailer 2, and is accompanied with the song "Don't Put Marbles In Your Nose" from the American animated sitcom Home Movies.
