Try See The Image 2 [sic] was a Flash animation from the website freakchamber.com. The website Albino Blacksheep once hosted this screamer, but now it is no longer there.

It starts off by telling you to stare at the center of an autostereogram, then slowly move your face away from it. Eventually, an image of a shark will suddenly appear with a loud roar. The screamer pops up twice.
