scary pop ups remastered is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user Horrific Developer in March 31st, 2019.
It starts with aTV static noise, but with a warning that may cause a scream, then a monster's face flashes. then the TV static noise changes to red. however, after 12 seconds, a picture of Michael Jackson as a werewolf from Thriller pops up along with a woman screaming and fades in black.
