Stare at the dot for 15 seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on April 8th, 2011 made by Kieron Davies.
The video shows a light blue dot with a green circle. but after at 15 seconds mark is passed the dot randomly fades away and a picture of What's Wrong? pops up with the sound of a kid roaring.
