The video shows a still image of Arnold's grandfather from Hey Arnold!, with a sound clip of his trademark laugh. Over the course of the video, his laughter is gradually slowed, so that the viewer can identify a hidden message. However, after 36 seconds, a face of a young man with down syndrome appears with an ear-piercing scream. The scream in this video would later be used for many G-Major videos, most notably Gold Feature Presentation Logo In G Major.
A variation exists where the face is replaced with a picture of Regan MacNeil with her usual scream.
