The Ugly Barnacle story with a twist! is a screamer video uploaded by [Aldrine Joseph 25].
In the video, we see a clip from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode, "Something Smells", where Patrick tells SpongeBob the infamous story of The Ugly Barnacle. But just as he is about to say "died", the face from What's Wrong? suddenly pops out of nowhere with the same scream from the K-fee commercials, then we cut back to Patrick, who finishes the story with "The end".
