Scary Differences is a looped flash animation when the player compares both pictures and try to identify all five differences within this time, before the time runs out. The last set of pictures are the same, making the player try to find the different diligently. When the time progress bar goes a little further after passing the half point, a zooming in and out picture of What's Wrong? pops up with a high-pitched scream.
