Fat Guy Falls of Bike was screamer video created and uploaded by a user BojanTV in around 2017.
The video is an edited version of the original video with the same name depicts a fat obese guy wearing a helmet, riding a bike down the road that is in very inappropriate conditions, right after he tripped over and fell down a grassy slope, the screen will immediately display a flashing picture of a demon with bloodshot eyes and sharp bloody teeth, along with the infamous audio of a man screaming, ending the video in 6 seconds.
The video, in fact, an edited version of the original video with the same title.
