Saw IIII preview is a short screamer video uploaded onto YouTube by a user incenserd in July 6, 2007, judging by its title, However, the majority of it has nothing with the SAW movie.
The video starts with a short footage of a guy on an extension ladder, which, not until he jumps off the ladder, a picture of Jigsaw appears along with a loud scream, it is an edited footage of their video titled: "ESf'nW" (Extremely Stupid Wrestling).
