General Infomation
It also appears to be a white background but when you press space. A Drawing Fanart Picture of Sliver and Amy from Sonic The Hedgehog with loud screams coming from the background. The variation exists where a the fanart picture is replaced with a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist with the same scream.
