The Screamer Forums will likely remain read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.

Zalgo.exe is a screamer application created on April 18th, 2017 made by RecordGuy626, it's the version of 6.6.6 on this application.
Application
The icon has an low resolution image of a red face with bottom text "ZALGO".
