1 Guy 1 Cock is a nickname given to a hardcore gay video involving a blowjob on LOLShock. The name was originally taken from the domain, 1guy1cock.com, which appears to date from 2011. The video is of a man receiving a blowjob from another man. The man who sucked the cock gurgled many times, making weird noises during the process. After this, the man then proceeds to spit all of the semens out of his mouth, just right before it cuts into another view of the very similar scene.

The video was originally named "Gooork", as taken from the original domain name gooork.com, which comes from the gurgled sounds that are in the video. There are no particular description where did this shock site have originated from.
