OSFirstTimer Blue Scream

OSFirstTimer Blue Scream is a screamer application which was made by the YouTuber OSFirstTimer. When one runs the program, it will show a fake Blue Screen of Death. After a while, some fake errors start to show, and a few seconds later, a picture of Pazuzu from The Exorcist will pop up along with a short scream, it's the same scream from Mona Lisa Eye Test.
