Magical Doctor is a Screamer Scratch project that created by an unknown user.
The thumbnail of the project shows a fanart of the twisted versions of the main characters from Dandy's World roleplay with red text saying "Hahahahahaha".
When this project begins, the default Scratch preview screen accompanied by the innocent song at the beginning of music from Magical Doctor by MARETU. After the innocent song from Magical Doctor, the music stops and the screenshot of the gory anime scene of the dead girl with half burned body from 1983 anime film about Hiroshima bombing called Barefoot Gen accompanied by the same scream from the Liquid Generation games. After the screamer, the fanart image from the thumbnail shows up accompanied by a male laughing sound at the end of project.
