Goatse Girl is a shock video hosted on LOLShock (and a few years later on Shockchan). The creator and source of the video remains unknown.

The video starts with a man having sexual intercourse with a woman. As he spits on her, the man then ejaculates in her anus as the woman moans. As the woman rolls on her back and stretches her legs back, she suffers from a rectal prolapse as a trickle of semen rolls down her back.
