1 Man 2 Needles

1 Man 2 Needles (also known as 1 Guy 2 Needles) is a shock video that was hosted on Shockchan and Meatspin, which depicts an mp4 of a 3 minute and 3 second video of a man first putting a needle in his dick first. Then takes it out and puts it in his left testicle.

There is also a GIF version showing a man inserting two needles into his testicles and pulling them out, with one of them causing a clear white liquid to spur out. It originates from the installment of the BME Pain Olympics titled BMEvideo Trailer 2, and is accompanied with the song "Don't Put Marbles In Your Nose" from the American animated sitcom Home Movies. A website called 2needles1penis.com also featured this gif with the sites url in the corner.

Silicone Penis/The Blob

Silicone Penis or The Blob is commonly mistaken as 1 Man 2 Needles. Released in 2009, the video which depicts a man (named Mark) talking about his oversized penis and testicles. He first unbuttons his jeans to reveal his oversized penis, which he states to have injected with silicone for six years.
