Screamer Wiki was down earlier today due to an outage relating to scrapers grabbing too many pages way too fast. This is currently being mitigated and performance should improve over the next while.

Scoped.lima-city.de is a screamer webpage made by Zeroxeon. when the web page is opened, it shows a flashing, grayscale picture of the face from What's Wrong? along with an extremely loud looping, echoing scream. The page also uses JavaScript1.2 code to make the window move around at the screen in small steps extremely fast which makes the startle effect bigger. When the user tries to exit the page it will show a blank message box with a question mark that cant be closed. However the scripts will only work on Internet Explorer (you may need to click "Show all content" for the screamer to load correctly).
After an update, a script was added that will prevent the site from being minimized.
